It’s hard to be good at one particular art form. Sure, we as humans can enjoy multiple types of art as leisure or as a hobby, but to be a professional at it requires a combination of innate talent, hard work, and a lot of luck. Some folks, however, let their hubris tell them otherwise.
It takes a lot of time and effort to make it as an actor or a musician. It takes twice as much (if not more so) to be a talented professional at both. Most of the time, a famous actor going into music or a musician going into acting is going to fail.
