When the archaeologists of the future go excavating through the early internet, it would be reasonable to conclude that we worshiped mysterious beings called puppers and lolcats. Animals are easy to love because they’re everything that we, as a species, are not: accepting, carefree and covered in the softest fur that you need to just bury your face in.
A lot of animals, however, are assholes. We’re not just talking about sharks and bears, the traditionally scary jerks who will eat you the second you turn your back.
