THE Villysca Ax Murder House JUNE 10 1912 The famous Villisca Axe Murder house in lowa is thought to be haunted by the family murdered there in 1912. In 2014, a group of paranormal investigators stayed at the house overnight. One of them, Robert Steven Laursen Jr., was alone in his bedroom when he started calling for help on a two-way radio. The group found him stabbed in the chest, and he was rushed to the hospital. The incident happened around 12:45 AM, the same time as the 1912 murders.

The Woman Buried Inside a Tree

GRACKED.COM A dead woman was found inside a hollow tree. In 1943, four children were poaching in the woods in Worcestershire, England when they chanced upon a human skeleton inside an elm tree. The woman, nicknamed Bella, had been apparently suffocated with a piece of taffeta found in her mouth. No arrests were ever made.
