Funny business is pretty damn lucrative, at least according to Celebrity Net Worth. If we believe its numbers, a guy like Rowan (Mr. Bean) Atkinson can rack up a net worth of $150 million, and still not crack the list of the top 20 richest comedians.

Larry David and David Letterman (Tie)
With a net worth of about $400 million each, David and Letterman make this rich-guy version of a Late Night Top Ten list. Now that Curb Your Enthusiasm is done, is David done raking in the cash? That’s what we thought when Letterman “retired” from CBS, but the guy is everywhere.
Adam Sandler
The Sandman is a good candidate to keep climbing this list as Netflix can’t get enough of his collabs with old buddies like Rob Schneider and David Spade. With rehashes like this year’s Happy Gilmore 2 on the horizon, it appears Sandler can continue using the streamer as his personal ATM for as long as he likes.

Her latest Netflix special didn’t win anyone’s approval but what does Ellen care? She banked $500 million during her 19 years hosting a daytime talk show back when everyone believed she was nice. That ought to buy her a castle or two now that she and Portia have expatriated themselves in the U.K.

Expecting a different Trey and Matt? Both animation moguls are worth $600 million, give or take.
