You Can Now Shred on Dead Kenny After New ‘South Park’ Horror Skateboard Drop
Kenny McCormick is no stranger to death, kicking the bucket over and over and over again throughout South Park’s 26 seasons. Say it with me now, “Oh my God, they killed Kenny!” But after more than two-and-a-half decades, the grim reaper has finally expanded his horizons, coming for the rest of the boys, too — at least in their illustrated skateboard form.
On Christmas Day, the overlords of Zero Skateboards headed to Instagram to announce their latest drop: a series of graphic decks featuring skeletal versions of Kenny, Stan Marsh, Eric Cartman and Kyle Broflovski tucked inside their signature snowsuits.
Going for $69.99 a pop (nice) minus grip, the decks are reasonably priced compared to some other recent South Park merch drops — namely Unimatic’s $572 collectible watch. Coming in two different sizes — 8.25 inches and 8.5 inches — the top of each skateboard features one of the gang’s signature colors in theme with the show.
Don't Miss
And it’s not just the boys who make an appearance on the limited-edition decks either. Crafted by designer Adrien Conrad, who also lent his artistic chops to a Zero collection featuring Bart and Lisa Simpson depicted as skulls and crossbones, each board is emblazoned with the last name of one of Zero’s pro skaters: Brandon Burleigh, Dane Burman, Adam Arunski and Kanaan Dern.
As with most things in life, just don’t be like Cartman and start jumping over the unhoused on them.
