Redditor Thinks They’ve Uncovered the Latest ‘SNL’ Cast Member
Punkie Johnson and Molly Kearney recently announced that Saturday Night Live won’t have them to kick around anymore, waving goodbye as the show prepares for Season 50. In theory, that opens up a slot or two for new featured players — and one Redditor thinks they know who is getting the job.
User abbyabbyabby1 jumped on r/Comedy this morning to share a TikTok from @laughfactor, a stand-up comedy account with 680,000 followers. According to the video, comic Nick Callas is about to get his shot.

As you can see in the video, Callas has auditioned for Saturday Night Live before, standing on the familiar Studio 8H stage as he shows off credible impressions of Mark Ruffalo, Jason Bateman, Elon Musk, Ryan Reynolds and Joe Rogan. You can’t say the guy’s not topical.

On the website for booking agents KP Comedy, Callas’ bio says he’s “gone from missing busses to barely missing a cast spot on SNL (three years in a row, but who’s counting).” He also opens for Colin Jost, Tracy Morgan and Dana Carvey, so Callas at least makes sense on paper — he has the connections.
