Rob McElhenney Reveals Diagnosis of ‘Host of Neurodevelopmental Disorders’
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Rob McElhenney took to Twitter on Tuesday to share some personal news.

“I was recently diagnosed with a host of neurodevelopmental disorders and learning disabilities! At 46!” he tweeted. The Welcome to Wrexham star announced plans to detail the full diagnosis and prognosis on an episode of The Always Sunny Podcast, which he co-hosts with Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton. The episode drops on July 24.

McElhenney reveals that the news “is not something I would normally talk about publicly,” but he’s sharing the diagnosis to help others who might be experiencing similar issues. “I wanted to remind you that you’re not alone,” he wrote. “You’re not stupid. You’re not ‘bad.’ It might feel that way sometimes. But it’s not true.”
Many thanked McElhenney for sharing the news. “Thank you for being so open and honest,” wrote one.
