Dave Coulier and His Woodchuck Puppet Compete for Top Billing on a New ‘Full House’ Rewatch Podcast

Everywhere you look… there’s a sitcom rewatch podcast.

Following the success of contemporaries such as the Boy Meets World rewatch series Pod Meets World, Dave Coulier, better known as everyone’s favorite Uncle Joey, is officially launching Full House Rewind, a show for Full House superfans who maybe aren’t quite getting their San Francisco fix from the endless seasons of Fuller House. Later this month, Coulier will begin hosting weekly rewatch episodes along with friends from the cast and crew of the original series — plus a plucky co-host.

Coulier is currently on a social media blitz promoting the podcast, and a recent TikTok of his revealed the return of a chattering sidekick straight from Joey’s days as Ranger Joe — Mr. Woodchuck is officially on the mic.

Full House superfans may remember that the original Mr. Woodchuck puppet was sadly destroyed by Coulier’s dog not long after he smuggled the doll off set at the end of the series. However, Jimmy Fallon graciously provided a replacement puppet when Coulier, John Stamos and the late, great Bob Saget appeared in a Fuller House promo sketch on The Tonight Show.

Now, Mr. Woodchuck and Coulier are back in action as they gear up for appearances from fan favorites and behind-the-scenes creatives who made Full House such a success. Though Coulier has not yet announced the lineup of celebrity guests on Full House Rewind, one thing seems certain — Aunt Becky is going to get booked.
