The Mansion From 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' Is Now On Airbnb
Now this is a story all about how your vacation got flipped turned upside-down! No, this isn't yet another article about the virus that shall not be named upending your travel plans, but a bit of good news for all those 90s kids (aka sad millennials and borderline Zoomers, like yours truly #1996crew) who have ever dreamed of staying in the mansion from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
In honor of the show's 30th anniversary, Airbnb and the seemingly ageless Will Smith have teamed up to rent out the iconic Bel-Air mansion to a handful of lucky LA County residents who want to spend a day away from the stresses of 2020 in a bubble of '90s nostalgia.
Don't Miss
The lucky guests who manage to snag the opportunity to max and/or relax at this famous property will have access to Will Smith's wing of the mansion, which comes complete with a private pool, turntables (presumably to mix two copies of "Miami" for 9 hours straight), and a fully stocked '90s closet. Although the kitchen is not included in the listing, all meals in your one night "will be provided and served on silver platters, of course."
This socially distanced staycation, where according to listing you can play basketball IN the bedroom only costs $30 per night (those 90s prices!), with bookings opening for the five October availabilities at 11 a.m. PDT on September 29. And of course, in true wholesome Will Smith fashion, Airbnb will be making a donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia. Now let us rent the giant mechanical spider from Wild Wild West, as we've all dreamed.
